Privacy and public information

Organization submissions

Organization information is held for moderation before publication. Submitter contact details and private reviewer notes are not part of public profiles. Public contact details require permission, and submitting an update does not automatically change an existing profile.

Member information

Member care records require sign-in. Moderator access is separate from ordinary membership. Do not put patient details, forwarded messages, medical documents, or private contact information in a public organization submission or resource correction.

Document uploads are on hold. MetaHope currently keeps document work to patient-held or external metadata tracking and copy-ready workflows while Teable/vendor terms and a tested member deletion and export path remain unresolved.

Reviews and corrections

Corrections are reviewed privately. Public patient feedback must be approved and authorized for anonymous sharing. Organization submissions and review history are retained to support moderation and verification; this app does not currently provide automatic deletion or a self-service data export.

Searches and saved resources

Search terms, filters, and page numbers appear in the page address and may remain in browser history. A shared search link includes those terms and filters. Resource-only share links contain an opaque public resource key, not the current search.

Saved resources keep only opaque public resource keys in this browser's local storage. This saved list is not added to your member care records and may be visible to other people using this browser. Remove saved items or clear this site's browser storage to delete the list. When browser storage is blocked, the list lasts only for the current visit.

External websites

Organization links open third-party websites with their own privacy practices. MetaHope does not send an external email when you submit a profile or correction.

Member support

Signed-in members can use Report a problem in the workspace to send a private support report. Reports are not shown on public pages and are not sent to analytics. Do not include medical details or document contents; this is not an emergency channel.
