Who can request an invitation
Patients, caregivers, and people helping someone navigate cancer support may submit a request. The current beta is small and invitation-only; submitting a request does not guarantee access.
What happens next
The public form sends a limited contact and support-routing request for manual review. It does not create an account, reserve a place in a queue, or send an invitation automatically. We do not publish a response-time commitment.
Do not include diagnosis, treatment, provider, symptom, lab, imaging, urgent-care, or document details. The form is not monitored for urgent needs.
